That trailer is from like, W1 or W2. As for the screenshot, I'm pretty sure W3 was the only one where we had that event from Jorb. Where you could get a custom haircut.

We all got special hair in World 3 manually from the devs. Besides that it was never implemented so no hair otherwise.

I know no one really works on the game anymore besides lofter. But they should add the hair into the game!

It is very unlikely to happen. Jorb and Loftar are not actively developing HnH and what work they are doing is going towards the revamp rather than the current build.
