Frog question

is it possible to catch a bunch of frogs.

Drop them.

Pick them up again, and have a chance to get a shocked frog?

No, I believe not.

If you pick up a mussel, boil it, and get no pearl, boil the boiled mussel again, does it give a pearl?

By that I mean, once you use the chance once, it can't be used again. Just like any other chance item in this game. Because that would promote grinding, right?

No, I believe not.

Right i was just asking. When you boil a mussel it changes the item. When you drop a frog. It doesnt. Just wondering.

Right i was just asking. When you boil a mussel it changes the item. When you drop a frog. It doesnt. Just wondering.


Yeh, I was just trying to include an example of why it wouldn't work :)

If only frogs could morph each time they enter your hand.

Well, since you can't boil mussels more than once, it's a bad example. ;)

One good test: drop a shocked frog. If it's random when you pick it up, odds are it won't be a shocked frog again.

I've done that. It's still a shocked frog. The toad is either a frog, or a toad.
