Is there anyway to do something to make my hunger go down faster? Or does it just run on a clock?

Hunger drains either through regaining stamina or SHP.

If you're intentionally trying to drain hunger, a common method people use is to use Adventure->Landscaping->Plow, and drink when their stamina gets low. Hand plowing drains a considerable amount of stamina in a very small amount of time.

Also No Pain No Gaining a frog until your SHP are low makes your hunger endeavors happen faster.

Also, use Q10 water when grinding hunger. Makes it faster.

Adding onto this, the day/night slider can be used to your advantage to make the regeneration up to three times faster (subsequently the hunger drain also).

The higher quality water, the more stamina refilled for the same amount of hunger used.

You would use less water in the same time period, meaning losing less hunger.
