Travel question

How could someone travel long distances (to another player) without a village idol at the destination? Is the only way to party up and follow the arrow? Or is there a somewhat quicker way.

The character would have been already spawned so a hs is out of the question.

/e i guess i could find a near by village to let me "borrow" their idol if nothing else.

Only other way is for you to break your HF and for someone else to use your scents to force summon you there .

That would only be an option if he could get the scents there.

You could break your HF and log in somewhere in the wilderness and hope you are closer.
