Is this the right topic where i can ask how to find/get a picture small enough to fit the profile frame? I cant find ANY at all!

There really was no need for you to post Kaizo. Mvpeh linked a good resizer that does what you mentioned that other one does.

givining alternatives is never bad - just let the OP choose which suits him better - i think a lection url in basic computing would suit him better anyways
