Is there anyway to turn a grass tile to a Coniferous or Broad-leaf tile?

Unfortunately, no, But you can turn tiles into grassland with seeds and you can terraform Moor tiles into Heath by plowing them and leaving them for a while, also you can stomp plowed tiles to dirt. Other than that, can't change terrain tiles.

thanks and one last question, but what will happen when i plow the grass tiles then stomp it into dirt then plow it again, what would be the outcome when the plowed tile disappear? will it return to its original tile or it will still turn into dirt?

It would return to it's original tile (grass)

If you plant a variety of tree that does not belong to the terrain type it is planted on, when the tree gets to be mature it will change some few tiles into the terrain type this tree originaly belongs.
So if you go planting the same variety of tree over and over in the same place (or near), when time passes the terrain type will change in the area around this tree.

Oh yes, I forgot about that. I guess it's because I usually pave around my trees. Still, it's not really an easy way to terraform land into forest tiles, it would take forever.

Not an easy one. But it's a way. ;)

As Cranny mentioned, plant birch trees to change grass into broadleaf forest.

Tiles that have been stomped to dirt are unplowable.

But you can plant grass on them and then plow them, where when fallow they'll turn into the default tiles around them.
