Steel crucible fuel question

Does anyone off the top of their head know how many sticks (logs) are needed for the full 56 hours?

Also, can someone explain the coal part, also?

I can tell from the top of my head that the forum has a search function if you're not able to go 1 or 2 pages back by yourself :P
