Haven and Hearth Ports

Does anyone know what router ports to open for HnH? I searched the forum but all I found was people talking about opening ports for it, but not saying which ports they opened. The reason why is because the game lags a lot. It will freeze up for about 30 seconds every few minutes with some small lag spikes in between. I know there is a problem about lag but it seems like you guys don't have lag as bad as I do.

prolly you experience the lag that is "normal" atm

you might do a tracert to moltke.seatribe.se to see whether there is a bigger bottleneck on the route your provider is going
