Hearthfire Blocking Path

I'm trying to build a palisade around my territory but another person's hearthfire spawned on literally the very edge of my claim, blocking me from expanding my palisade. Any advice? The other person is inactive.

Cover it with pclaim and destroy it. You will need 36 STR or 25 STR + Stone Axe or 16 STR + Pickaxe or 4 STR + Sledgehammer to destroy a Hearth Fire. :D

If you don't cover it with your claim first, you'll need Vandalism plus you leave scents that can be used to summon you from offline.
