I want to try this game out, have an account, hit play and try to activate the file it has me save. But then I get an error:

Unable to launch the application

under details i get:

Unsighned application requesting unrestricted access to system.

I have no idea how to get this game to work

You have to run/open it instead of saving it. If it just straight up goes to save as, you need to set the default options in your browser for the .jlnp file type.

If you are interested in continuing to play Haven and Hearth, I'd recommend you take a peak over at Ender's custom client made for the game, it's an unbelievably powerful tool you're at a disadvantage not having it yourself.

it might just be the fact that you as a non-administrator account (depending on the OS you're on) are not able to give java programs permission to use your internet connection.

downloading it as a local program (go for the above ender client ^^) might help in that case, although you should just ask for more rights on your computer!

I'm the only one who uses the computer, I have admin rights, I even set compatability to admin control. Thats not the problem unfortunatly. I would realy like to try this out but I don't know what else to do.

Take ApocalypsePlease's advice:

Just about everyone playing the game uses some kind of modified game client. For you just starting, it would really be the best idea.

Why do you say I do this multiple times when I don't?
The OP said he didn't know what else to do, he didn't obviously adhere to what Apoc had said, so I repeated it so that the OP could get the point.

Edit: It's not like I said what Apoc said word for word. I told him to take Apocs advice and I quoted what Apoc had said. I didn't just copy what Apoc said try to make it seem as though Apoc never said anything to begin with.

I apologize, I skimmed through the thread a bit too fast and I didn't see the custom client apoc suggested. The Custom client seems to work, thank you a bunch. Again sorry for not reading the entire thread properly :x
