WWW HHP damage

From the wiki, the Wonderful Wilderness Wurst should cause some damage to your HHP.
I've eaten about 8 of those but I didn't loose any HHP in the process. Is this normal or is it a bug?

And, if it is a bug, is it related to the HP bar (i.e. I'm being damaged but the HP bar doesn't show it and I'm about to die in the near future if I keep eating those) or the wurst should do HHP damage but the mechanic doesn't work at the moment?

Read about FEPs, The WWW gives hurt feps, the % of your FEP bar thats black is the %chance that the hurt feps will come through and you'll be hurt.

Popfor is correct. The wiki is not always helpful on connecting pages that explain things. I will add, a search of the wiki will tell you the definition of Hurt as it applies to food.

The chance is based off the FEPs chance system for choosing attributes. Black food point events ("Hurt" feps) deal 5 HHP damage if they happen to be the FEP that gets selected. Thanks for bringing up this, I'm going to be putting in an effort to help make it easier to understand what it means.

Edit: On the base FEP table on the infobox of all foods, the hurt link will now properly connect to the correct page for it, instead of redirecting to hitpoints.

Mmm, so, instead of raising one of your stats, you'd get damaged. Always thought it would damage you right away (which still makes more sense to me but whatever :)
I couldn't see the "black" bar since I triggered an event each time I ate one of those; and I was lucky enough to get Psyche selected every time.

It's a percentage, I forget it though. Something around .5-2%

I remember back in W3 when I was raising charisma with my 700-800 buffed con the -32 HHP everytime I got hurt feps from hurtful harmesan.

Hm, I remember irrelevant to whatever my constitution was it was consistently dealing 5 HHP. Guess I need to get someone to test that then for accurate numbers.
