I used to play this game about 6 months ago but i stopped and uninstalled it. now ive been trying to download it for 2 days but it is constantly stuck at 90% ish. I walked away for 6 hours and came back and it was still 90% ish. any ideas as to what could fix it?.

Also check your Firewall, Antivirus, Router if blocking
Ports to open: TCP 1871 UDP 1870
in Windows Firewall you make exceptions for the Ports and also try with exceptions for java.exe and javaw.exe
