Why are some tiles sprintable and some aren't?

Postby Shask » Tue Sep 25, 2012 4:00 pm

e.g. I'm currently on a big patch of red clay (dirt, mudflat, whatever you want to call it)

Sometimes I can sprint, sometimes I can't. Why?

Part of the issue is your stamina. If your stamina is too low then you can't sprint. Forest tiles, swamp tiles, and shallow water tiles cannot be sprinted on. Grass tiles, paved tiles, mudflat tiles, and sand tiles can be. I don't think there is really too much balance to the whole thing but it does encourage players to naturally gravitate towards certain land types over others. Grassland is far easier for a newbie to survive on than forest tiles for example.

3 things:
first learn to play the game before trying to help other people
second when a question has been answered by someone who actually knows what they're doing don't make such a stupid post(or just stop posting altogether)
third read the rules
