Altough I can't say it might work for everyone, my own tests here concluded the missing file is an audio lib.

Extract this to C:/Program Files/Java/jre6/lib/audio/
Assuming default location that is.

Edit:
Music commands are:

:bgm (-l) %songpath

-l to loop

sfx/music/cmb
sfx/music/fishing
sfx/music/cabin
sfx/music/chr
sfx/music/cave
sfx/music/resting
sfx/music/themes/ronald
sfx/music/themes/blaze

So for example:

:bgm -l sfx/music/cmb
If I'm sick of hearing it I'll type:
:bgm
to stop it.

Btw:
There is an :sfx command out there, I've used it before, I know how to activate it (it says unknown command until you do something ;)), but sfx/god is quite interesting to play.
