How to do that without waiting weeks to grow up?

There isn't a way. You just plant it with ample room and give it time to grow. Whenever a tree is on its non-native terrain you're going to see a growth penalty, that's all.

ok i found this tip somewhere else:
1. plant birch where you want mulberry
2. wait till it change terrain type into boardleaf
3. chop birch and plant mulberry
boardleaf terrain id 11
