The Game Won't Open.

I have manually downloaded and installed java (the version linked) TWICE. And clicked play and opened the link it downloaded 8 times.
What is the problem? Why won't it open/ run? I don't understand the description of the problem, (i dont speak comuter)

This is really starting to annoy me, I just want to know how to remedy the issue.

i assume your using the regular client then. sorry but i can help there. I assume it has something to do with your location of the java files
