How do I move my hearthfire, destroy it, or make a new one?

Postby Karnov » Sat Feb 23, 2013 4:54 am

I don't have any of that dream stuff, but I have a hearthfire for some reason, I guess I got one when I started my character. Why can't I break it down and use the dream stuff in that to make a fire where it will be relevant to me?

You need to buy the skill "Hearth Magic" to be able to build a Dream catcher. After 20 minutes harvest from it (by right clicking) and get your "beautiful dream".
We can not recover any used material.

Good luck!. Be welcome. :D

Thank you! I have the hearth magic skill but I guess I haven't found all the components for a dreamcatcher yet, I'm assuming that's why I can't build one

You are correct. You need to discover string most likely. =)

Well that's the second time it crashed on me while running from angry ants towards water. And wouldn't let me log back in, saying I'm already logged in.
That's it for me!

Open task manager and close Java if it crashes like that. That's java being dumb and a manual close will let you log back in. Also make sure your client is up to date if you're crashing consistently.

I'm running the game on my intel mac, no task manager (I'm just not savy enough to know where the mac version is!).
I'll try downloading a different client.
Problem is, this game is good. But the constant lag makes it almost unplayable, there's more lag than gameplay on my end.

all clients base is Ender - just check whether you have it updated and when you get logged out wait a minute before trying again

another suggestion is to look for latest graphic drivers from Apple (might cause freezes too)

and with lag you're right at times it's just horrible when you need triple the time to do stuff (besides the waste of resources)

That's pretty much how we all feel, ya. You have no idea how much I want to hop into the world and wrestle bears with my bare hands again. The problem is that without lag it was a challenge to get by. With lag you're as good as dead.
