Ubuntu 13.04 and Havne nad Hearth (How do I?)

Hello
I have been trying to find the way to open Enders modification of haven and hearth in ubuntu 13.04, and I cant find the way. Tried OPENJDK 7, tried wine, but cant seem to run run.bat file. I am pretty sure it is possible to play it on linux, yet have no idea how. Anyone who does play it on this os, please respnose to my call, my character is sitting there with no work for a quite wile now haha.

First, get ICED TEA.

Second, make sure you have the jogl and gluegen libraries. Here's the necessary libraries needed for x64:

Third, you must make a text file. Call it "run.sh". Then put this in it:

Code: Select all: java -Djava.library.path="~/path/to/libraries" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar "~path/to/HnH_Ender_x64/haven.jar" -d moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res

Make sure to make the necessary changes to the above code to reflect your file paths.

Fourth, put the run.sh file in your Enders folder. Then, right click it, select the "Permissions" tab, and check "Allow this file to run as a program".

Finally, double click the run.sh and (hopefully) enjoy.

Of course, these are the steps to get it running on my Linux Mint machine. But both distros are quite similar, so it should work for you too.

so far, my main problem is that I cant seem to find the way to install icedtea as single, but only as a plugin of openjdk, and another thing run.sh wont start as a program even when I mark it as such in properties

Have you tried with Oracle Java SE Runtime Environment 7 for Linux (tar.gz)?

No, not yet borka, I was kinda loosing hope to open HnH after a good week of trying, but will get back on figuring it out.
