Game sound

Postby MasterCatfish » Fri Oct 23, 2009 10:53 pm

I'm running H&H on mac OS 10.5.8, and there seems to be a pretty serious problem with the sound, especially the music. What comes out of my left speaker sounds like music, but all I hear out of my right speaker is an intense buzzing that makes the music impossible to listen to. The buzzing sound also accompanies splashes and combat sounds. I listen to pandora all the time, so this problem is definitely H&H, or Java. Does anyone else with a mac have this problem, or a solution to it?

I am on a Mac as well. Are you using Bootcamp to run Windows or are you actually playing from the Mac side?

Hm. If you had answered you were using Bootcamp to run Windows, I would have had a possible answer, updating your RealTek Audio driver to its latest. Are you using an iMac?

I don't know what to suggest, I am running an iMac. It could be a problem with Java but I'm not too sure. Sorry I couldn't help.

That's all right. Thanks anyway. For now I'll just change the balance to the left speaker. Hopefully I'm not missing too much of the music.
