Way to download the client?

How do I download the client? I need to run it in Admin mode otherwise it just stops me from logging into my character. Quite annoying.

That just runs it, I want it to be downloaded onto my desktop like it is with my laptop. It won't do it on the PC for some reason.

Right Click -> Save target as.
