For anybody wondering, Butchering Hardcaps:

They don't exist.

Skinning and Butchering aren't hardcapped by survival, everybody i'v bumped in to in the game seems to think they were.

I killed a bear, 10 Survival, Q10 Axe, Q58 meat and hide.
