Average UA of a raider now?

Few days into W7, people are running around with necro robes and bcapes everywhere attacking newbs. Anyone have a good estimate about how much UA they'll have?

i'd say ~20 on the people without necro, and ~50 on the ppl with necro.
and i guess its rising everyday..
