Mining problem.

Postby Slaya15 » Sat Jun 08, 2013 1:55 am

If I find a node that is too hard to mine with a q10 stone axe, could I feasibly mine that same spot with a q10 pick axe?
Does a pick, and a stone axe have the same strength when it comes to mining, or is a pick superior if they are the same quality?

your Str makes you mine not the tool

pickaxe is faster than stoneaxe and has less stamina drain

umm borka you're confused a bit, mining ability is strength times tool quality(so tool matters) but you'd get the same message with a q10 pick that you do with a q10 axe. also pickaxe uses MORE stam but mines faster. if you have a low quality pickaxe its usually better to use your stone axe.
