rising beehiveQ with minimum crops

Hi. I know there's a detailed thred about it and i did read it, but didnt understand how to wisely rise beehive products quality if i have low crop numbers. I understand that carrot is good coz it have 4 (only 3counts) growing steps, and grows fast. But didnt understand anything about hive "memory" and when i need to put it in a boat and why?

Question is: "How to rise wisely beehive products quality if i have very limited space and low\medium number of crops, like ~4-8 squares(4*4 tiles) of different crops wich is carrot, onion, peas, wheat, pumpkins, tea and maybe beetroots?".

Basically all you need to do for a bee hive is replant everything and then build a new hive after everything is planted if I understand it correctly. That will update your hive close to the max quality of your crops (obviously it'll be mucked a little if it's not pure carrots). Up until Q100. After that you need a bot to keep the tile active or you get reset to Q100 when the map unloads.

The only thing you need to consider is that you might be running a little too few crops to produce wax/honey effectively if that's not all carrots. Is it possible to plant more space? I'd say you might want to double your farm to get anything out.

So i need to destroy and rebuild hive each time i harves or i can rebuild anytime when i want a new jump in quality (when crops earned solid bonus to Q)? As i understand i can do it anytime, not constantly coz it will be pain.

Well i cant double farm coz i have only 25*25 total living space, you know why. But i will try to get more than 100 total crops in hive radius.
