What affects Kiln item quality?

Which stat and/or attribute affects the quality level of items created in Kilns?

A few times I've noticed Kilns with higher QL bricks inside than I can create in the same kiln, with (presumably) the same QL Clay the person before me used...

Fired kilons produce things based on %50 materials inside, %25 kiln, %25 fuel. What you are seeing is the result of fuel most likely.

Pottery crafted is affected by dexterity. bricks are not pottery.

Is there a centralized list somewhere of that kind of info (the percentage makeup of things)?
