How much is 45 pieces of q 40-45 clay worth at the moment?

It's usually better to ask in the trade channel (people actually offer to sell it to you).

I'd say off his system: 100 points? Q40 clay is bread and butter type and quite a few villages will have it and start selling it fairly soon. The pricing on low end items like glimmers and junk varies between trades, but the 50pts / pearl is pretty standard.
