Need some help with uc fighting a boar

I am a new player trying to learn combat, I've punched foxes and now I moved on to boar fighting. I have 111 uc and all the fighting skills, but I just cannot kill that boar, in my best attempt, I successfully hit down around 70 hp of his and then I could not manage to keep it up. I would greatly appreciate if someone can look at my strategy and gimme some suggestions.

I start by charging at the boar, and using dodge, I wait for the boar to punch me first time, and then I quickly switch to bloodlust and slide to replenish my defence to 90, I occasionally use oak stance instead of bloodlust if the defence restoration is too slow compared to boar's attack restoration. After reaching 90 def or if the boar has 70 attack, I quickly switch back to dodge and charge, and wait for the boar to hit me again. And then I repeat the previous formula to get some ip. I try to get 10ip and use invocation of skuld but this just gets me -2 advantage when I get that 10ip, so I use invo, then some ip, then 2 sidestep. After that, I stop trying to get 10ip for invo and just keep getting ip using previous formulas and use sidestep, I managed to get to 3 advantage one time, and to be honest, this is where things gets messy for me, I am not sure how to keep up my advantage and also punch that bear, if I focus on getting red bar and punch it, then it will ninjaishly use its move to gain ip and advantage and when I realize it, my advantage is 0 again. If I keep focus on getting advantage, then I don't really have the time to reduce the boar's defence to zero. Ok, tbh, I guess I could squeeze some time to punch the boar, but it requires alotta concentration and hurts my brain, I wonder if there are some smarter trick. But no river hunting, or running around using call down thunder, or using mm please. I want to beat it with uc.

Don't use charge.

Go down to Hakuna Matata this. It recommends you have 100 UA, so it's nice that you have 111 and I bet you can do it.

That guide is a bit outdated as it does not take into account of the flex nerf. Consider using dash to gain IP for skuld while using skuld's attack boost to fuel your defense. also dash adds a bit of defense as well.

Strangle = useless. Boar = slower than run speed. Strangle = awful weight, okay damage.
It's possible to simply punch it while chasing it in run speed.

Only if the def bar is 0.
For example, with 10 melee I stinged a bear who had 2 defense and got only one third of the raw damage.
What I'm trying to say is, that little def the boar has in an actual fight (you have to admit it will use it's +atk, +def move and will have more than 0 def) nullifies the damage gain because of the smaller weight, and the intensity has to be low, too, which takes another move... Strangle is pretty much useless. If you're faster than a boar, and you are, you can just spam punch, instead, when chasing it.

I've been killing boar since 100 UA with this simple strategy.

Start with a punch on dodge, followed by jump. Once the boar attacks you use bloodlust to quickly regain attack bar, use punch whenever you're at 80+ attack bar and switch to dodge for the boars attacks (usually at around 70-80 attack bar). After the first few punches you should start to deal soft health damage to the boar and gain advantage which will make your next attacks do more and more to his defense bar and thus his health. Eventually the boar will run, at this point give him one last full damage knock to the back of the head and savor the rewards.

If you want to get more advanced with your fighting technique try using more attacks when the boar is at low defense bar to do minimal damage to his health but still gain adv for your next attacks.
