You are overstuffed. You have to do stamina draining activities so your hunger decreases until you're just full. Then you can change your walk speed.

How to get straw? I tried to build chicken coops for my chickens, but the coops needs straw. How I get it?

Straw is a byproduct of Wheat. You can get Wheat either by finding someone else ingame and asking for some seeds, or by finding a Wild Windsown Weed, drying it on a Drying Rack (or Herbalist Table *) and then planting the Wheat to grow.

* - Herbalist Table if not watched will turn your Wheat into Germinated Wheat Seeds, which cannot be planted and have only one use: Beer
