How can I reuse my character name?

A charactor of mine had died(Character A), and I wanna restart my journey with new charactor, same name.
At first I tried to inherit with other name(Character B) and died again, so I can erase A's Name information.
but I can't reuse A's name and the game repeatedly says 'You already have character that has same name'
But hey, my character menu is empty!
and my friend's account can create a new character with A's name...(and he died, too...poor man)
in short, I wanna reuse my character name but I can't. what can I do?

Just make a new account if you're ready to rekill yourself just for your name.

You can use each char name once per account per world. Some people use numbers, some people have a couple names they use as backups when they die, some people alter the name slightly.

Ultimately the only way to truly re-use said name this world is to make a new account each death? I really don't suggest that, but that is technically the answer.

The only way to reuse names is to create a new account (login name) and reuse the same character name on that account.

Or just don't die. That's what I like to do.

The traditional way is, if Arcanist dies, next char is called Arcanist II

I have two chars names Arcanist, and another named Arcanist III xD

What everyone I know does is just adds roman numerals at the end. Back in W3 was when I played the most, thankfully didn't get up to IV.
