How do I find the game folder?

I've tried to search my computer with "Haven & Hearth" but nothing comes up and I'm not sure how to find it, it didnt put a shortcut on my desktop so does that mean I have to redownload it?

There isn't one. It's a Java Web Start application and so, like a web page, resides in a cache on your computer. You don't have to download it each time as long as it doesn't get cleared from the cache or isn't updated. Whether or not it puts a shortcut on your desktop depends on how you have Java configured. By default, Java doesn't place a shortcut on the desktop unless the .jnlp requests it. You can change this through Java's control panel and even just drag/drop the shortcut from within Java.
