Persmission on claim not working?

When I try to allow my kin to go in my claim, that person can't enter, even if I assigned both the person and the claim the same color.

When partying, there is no problem. What I notice is that the color that I choose on the claim doesn't stay after I close the window. Any thoughts?

The claim doesn't have a colour. The options at the bottom of the screen when you click a colour are the options you're allowing to people of that colour kin on that claim.

Check all three boxes on your selected colour, close the claim window. It should work. Partying automatically allows anyone in the party full access.
