Delete characters

How do i do that?
New to the game and dont understand all this.
Do I have to somehow Kill it ingame? if so how?

Yes killing it is your only option. Either get the skill murder on another account to murder it with, or buy the skill swimming on the character you want to be "deleted" and go for a nice swim

Or search for wildlife and let yourself be a meal.
