How personal claim even work ?

You build it, it claims a 5x5 area. In that area, nobody can interact with anything (or enter the area) without enabling criminal acts. When they do, it leaves scents.
For advanced interacting, they need criminal skills.
Most crimes also damage the criminals.
You can allow some people to do some things on your claim, such as your friends, so they don't leave scents.
You can expand that area by right-clicking the stake claim, and clicking west/north/east/south. Each tile costs 10 LP.
When you unclaim the area, all the LP you have invested in the claim will be refunded. However, materials spent on building it will not.
After 1 month of inactivity of the owner of the claim, you can break a p-claim if you have... 100 str? Not sure. It takes a long while though, I've tried.

I mean mine don't give me any option to expend it -.-
