Are you asking for a client that can run on windows 95? Or are you stating that its cool that you can?

I have never actually used a Windows 95 but it should work so long as you can get java. Edit your run.bat to point to your java location.

Java1.5 officially supports the Microsoft Windows 9x line (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME) - so you should be able to run the default client at last

But the chances to run a HnH bot army on W95 PCs is very low ... :P

(There where rumors that versions of Java 6 lower than u10 run on W95)
