disappear character

In todays morning im log in to my account and i saw my characters just disappear. My HF isn't destroyed im don't die too. When i try to make new char i dont have any runestone's. Rly please help !!!

when was the last time you logged in, before this morning? you had your char THIS world for sure?

have you made sure you are using the right account?

I was log on yesterday and yes im sure im try to log on the right account. Like i said my HS is up (my friend check it).
Is it posible dat issue is from server?

Try with default client (Play Button) first to make sure it's not an issue with a custom client
