Training dummys?

"A well armed milita, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Militia Training means your character has learned the basics of organized warfare. He can now construct simple training dummies, and use more advanced combat techniques.
Dummys? There Not in the game And why are they in the ingametext?

They were planned and just didn't pan out for various reasons. Their in-game text was not updated.

I'm being somewhat serious and somewhat troll-y with this...

Sure, they're in the game. Make another account, make an alt and push it to whatever UA you want, and then spar it. There's your training dummy.

How will this help you with learning how to fight in the game? This isn't WoW where you're trying to figure out how to max dps.
