What factors (Except MM) can reduce quality of Ranger's Bow when crafting?

Marksmanship......Survival is the softcap for slings and Marks for both bows.

i crafted 80q RB from 100+ q resources. Surv around 100, mm 300.

i had always thought carpentry and psy would softcap it, but not like ive made enough of them to confirm anything.

Or start buying some butter steamed cavebulbs. Sure psyche can be raised a little with mussels, but that's mostly dex. You want pure psy food which is SO HARD to raise.
