Stake Claim Soak Value

I have read that in w7 you can destroy stake claims of people who hasn't played in a month irl. Does someone knows what is the required streght to bash one?

So basically over 100 STR or 80+ STR with a q10+ pickaxe.

Bring water... it takes a while. Speed things up with alcohol and or boar snuff.

If the claim has been inactive for less than 1 month, your character will just walk up to it and do nothing.

You'll need the trespassing and vandalism skills. Scents disappear once the claim is gone.

If you got chance to equip sledge, do it and it will be 50% faster.
W8 - Hermitage
