How do I make a quern?

I know I need to get it from the stoneworking menu and build it from a boulder, but I don't know what skill I need before I can do it.

I have masonry, stoneworking and baking.

I have that too. I needed it to get baking.

Okay, I solved it.

I was in the wrong menu.

Making a quern is not under stone working with wells and runestones. Querns are under the build> tools menu.
