Rustroot Extract not craftable

Rustroot Extract is not showing up in any crafting menu. I have prospecting, and all needed materials.

I may or may not have taken all of them from a long abandoned base.

Well that may be your trouble. You can use a barter stand to discover the materials (have another toon place it on stand and set no price, then use the toon trying to make the extract "buy" it) or raise your per*exp until you can see rustroot and pluck it.
