Scythe quality formula

Was just wondering if anyone knew the the formula for the quality of a scythe.

Close Enough Formula:
Q=int(((((metalQ+blockQ)/2)*4)+(anvilQ*1.5)+(hammerQ*1.5))/7)
note:
Tested on 5 different metal and block Q and only one came out lower by 1 Q due to decimal rounding.
