2 Characters.
One full nature/change/peaceful/civilization. make him non combat, give him 2 traveler sacks for farming and always keep him in your base. Raise Farming, Carpentry and Sewing. (and VERY small amounts of exploration, enough to discover certain things to unlock recipes). Raise primarily the stats Dex (for sewing) and Int & whatever else you feel like. example- get con/agi if you feel scared of getting attacked (to negate/ take the least damage). get charisma if you want to make him your village leader (which is a good idea). never get str or psy.
One full industry,change,martial,barbarism. make him a combat character, give him your best armors and use him to forage and explore. Raise unarmed combat, exploration, survival and smiting. Raise the stats STR/AGI/CON/INT and some percetion and psy. Use him to mine. never get dex.
