Apple trees

Postby Sunbro » Sat Feb 08, 2014 2:53 am

I'm a simple plebian lumberjack who lives in a swamp. Recently I've been needing to travel farther and farther to get food. It's dangerous to be out so long, rabbits are rare and fish don't come easy. How long does it take for a tree to regrow apples? It's unnerving to walk past corpses, don't know If I'll be next.

Yep, try to start farming ASAP. You'll have to get seeds from Wild Windsown Weeds, which you need at least 80 Per*Exp to find. Start putting most of your LP into Exploration. Perception will be harder to raise because the only PER foods you probably have access to are Plaice and Aphids which you probably don't have a consistent supply of, but try to raise it too.

To answer your actual question, 1 real life week normally, 2 real life weeks if you completely strip the tree of everything.

Raise your exploration and perception if you can and supplement your rabbits and fish with blueberries, chantrelles, and candleberry. That should help till you can either hunt larger game or farm.

Alright, I have a plow, buckets for water, and I've started raising my exploration by studying curiosities. I'll also look for Plaice and Aphids. All I need now is to find some seeds. The fishing should keep my alive until I get more apples or start the farm. Thank you for your help, It's nice to know that some people are here to help instead of destroy me. I don't have much, but If any of you want a fence built, or a log cabin, just let me know! :)
