How do I Catch Rabbits?

There were 3 rabbits, and although I had the Hunting skill, I couldn't catch any of them. I caught one before, but I don't seem to be able to anymore.

What I'm doing; Going to the same place the rabbits are, and right clicking them with run on.

I really want the leather, as someone stole my leather from I got yesterday.

i think you have to have hunting skill

anyway using left clock get as close as possable im talking right on them, left click doesnt scare them off, the make sure you have 4 squares of inventory free 2x2 then right click the rabbit once and boom u got rabbit
oh n have it set so your moving as fast as you can so it cant escape
