Application Blocked SECURITY

Guys i went to my firewall to add App but haven abd hearth does not showup in order to add it,can someone tell me what to do. Thanks

If it's Java security blocking:

for firewall exceptions /router portforwarding

TCP Port 1871 and UDP Port 1870
