Launching the game doesn't work!

When I click "PLAY" it launches the autorun file. I see the Haven & Hearth logo but instantly after that I'm met with a window saying: "Application Blocked by Security Settings". Does anyone know how I could fix this? Anyway thanks for responses. (I've left a PNG image of what the window looks like)
