Game Won't Start

Need some help here, Each time I've tried to start Haven and Hearth, I'll get an error message that reads "Application Error Unable to launch application." Does anyone know how to fix this? I should add, I've already downloaded the current version of Java and I'm pretty sure this isn't the security issue.
