How do I make a tankard?

I am tying to make a tankard. Haven and Hearth tells me to make tin nuggets. Okey done that, still can not make a Tankard? What am I missing?

Do you have all metal working skills? Did you smelt a bar of tin into nuggets of tin, discovering the materials in the process? Are you sure you've checked all crafting tabs?
If all of these are true, it's a bug. Otherwise it's not a bug and you did wrong what isn't true.

Also you need to have a smithy hammer equipped and be at an anvil.

In world 5, you must discover Weißbier(beer) and Tin before you are able to craft tankard.

Beer can be discovered by filling a wine bottle with a beer.(Simply do right click at beer barrel while you picked up a wine bottle)
