You need to check out the formulas that make the quality of things change, then work with the formula ingame to make sure the quality decreases instead of increases. I've never tried it but I've heard it's very hard to do.

Feed chickens q1 fodder (you can acquire this in abundance by creating alt who has full nature and only 1 farming skill) eventually you end up with q1 chickens. now let them die of starvation this should halve quality and hopefully provide you with q0 bones.
