i was reading about scents and i crossed with this "Killing a murderer will leave a murder scent" so even if I kill someone who killed another guy (for justice of course) ill become a criminal? also for killing tefths and vandals?
what do you mean by "the pen is stonger than the sword"? you do know what a sword is right?

I am under impression that you only need to leave vandalism scent. You destroy perpetrator's hearthfire and you can force summon him without Criminal Acts on, this -accordign what I have read -does not leave murder scent.

that is indeed anti-abusing feature of summoning. if you "murder" the perp with hf, you still leave murder scents. if you summon the perp without hf, you leave assault scents with an instant kill of the perp.
